Introduction The Finance and Real Estate programme gives you two complementary disciplines whilst allowing you to train from other disciplines as a 'conversion' programme. You are taught by a well established department team of leading researchers and teachers in the disciplines. Your degree is accredited by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and recognised by the Investment Property Forum (IPF). This gets your career off to a flying start along with solid theory and practical application of your skills whilst studying. In the summer term you can choose either dissertation or further study of Asian property investment. Previous students have visited real estate developments in Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing.
