Our German course covers language and life in Germany as well as exploring the implications of history, society and politics. You'll examine a range of contemporary German Film and Literature. INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS will provide you with many theories of how to make informed choices that have an impact on a local, national and international level. You'll comprehend the significance of many of the big issues within international politics and look at the relationships between different cultural and religious communities. German at NTU has been created to ensure that you quickly learn the language through Language classes before delving into an in-depth understanding of the cultures and societies in which it is spoken. In Year Three you can spend time working or studying in Germany or Austria. Our International Relations course aims to examine the changing world in which we live in, international politics and will help you to make informed choices. You'll need to have a genuine interest in international relations as the course will require you to analyse complex and challenging situations. This course will help you develop a greater awareness of the complexity and connectedness of the processes that shape our worlds. This joint honours degree will prepare you for a selection of national and international careers.
