TAFE Queensland has partnered with the Maroochy River Golf Club to allow you to apply skills gained from the Diploma program - including exercise science, physical training, gym instruction and sports injury rehabilitation studies - to a golfing experience. From beginners to advanced, you’ll also receive customised tuition (depending on your skill level) in the specifics of golf, physically participate in the sport, and work with state-of-the-art testing and golf analysis equipment to improve your skills. One day per week you will undertake the following topics to gain an understanding of the fundamentals of Golf: The game, shots and theory of golf Course management and scoring Human physics of golf Psychology of golf Golfing equipment The non-accredited Golf component of this program will provide you with the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge to further your interest in the specifics of Golf.
