In this practical and hands-on course you will apply skills in exercise and sports science, physical conditioning, facilitate students' application in the essential skills of coaching, talent identification, performance preparation and recovery methods, tactical aspects of winning games, conditioning principles, and sports injury rehabilitation through a soccer (football) experience. Additionally you'll learn about nutrition for athletes, the principles of sports psychology and how to develop and instruct strength and conditioning. The equivalent of one day per week you'll have the opportunity to increase your skills and knowledge in the specifics of Soccer and actively participate in the sport with one of our experienced soccer partners.
