The Health Promotion stream is a foundation area of study for work and research that identifies health needs, and targets strategies at an individual, community and population level. Core areas of study include: understanding the health of populations the theory and practice of health promotion skills in obtaining, reviewing and analysing health information, and planning, managing and evaluating a health program or project.
