This course is for people who want to work as a tour guide in a variety of tourism-related contexts such as local guides, ecotourism guides, indigenous guides and tour guides. This qualification will provide you with a pathway to work as a guide in many tourism industry sectors, such as inbound tour operators, outbound tour wholesalers, local tour operators, or owner-operators of small tourism or travel businesses. Course structure To receive the Certificate IV in Guiding students must complete all core units and, if available, a range of additional units.
