专业简介
This course is for students wanting to work in a range of support positions in human resources management. In smaller companies they may work across all human resources functional areas and in larger companies they may be assigned responsibilities in units or business areas focused on discrete human resources functions, such as remuneration, workforce planning or human resources information systems.
Course Structure
To receive the Certificate IV in Human Resources students must complete all core units and, if available, a range of additional units.

国际学生入学条件
Applicants must have completed Year 12 or equivalent.
Students who do not have the equivalence of the NSW Year 12 will need to complete the Certificate III in Business (20119).
Academic IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL (iBT) 46 or Certificate III in Advanced English for Further Study at TAFE NSW or equivalent.
