When you complete the Diploma of Hospitality Management you’ll have the confidence required to manage a hospitality or tourism operation from the ground up.
You can tailor the course by choosing electives in operational areas such as financial and business management, marketing, event management, reservations, legal obligations, health and safety procedures, human resource management and sustainable business practices.
Experienced teachers, who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program in a range of environments (on and off site) that reflect current industry practices. The course includes online and workplace assessments, excursions, and opportunities to network with industry specialists.
This nationally recognised qualification may lead to employment in roles such as restaurant management, maitre d', or a position in a large hotel.
